SUPL: Esenu bags a brace as BUL FC stun Arua Hill SC

Musa Esenu secured a brace as BUL registered a 4-0 emphatic win against Arua Hill SC at Kyabazinga Stadium, Bugembe on Tuesday.

Musa Esenu scored twice while Ibrahim Nsimbe and Ibrahim Kazindula to award BUL’s seventh win of the term.

Bul FC took the lead through talisman Musa Esenu calmly controlled the ball in the area before he slotted it in the back of the net past Arua Hill’s gaffer Rogers Omedwa in the 18th minute.

Arua Hill SC nearly replied in the 25th minute but BUL FC’s custodian Saidi Keni collected Gadafi Gadinho’s cross before it met inform forward Alfred Leku.

After recess, Arua Hill made the first change to introduce Rashid Kawawa for Gadinho.

A minute later, Esenu completed a personal brace to add salt to Arua Hill’s wounds who looked clueless at the back.

Nine minutes later, towering forward Ibrahim Nsimbe extended the lead to ensure BUL FC earn bragging right at Bugembe.

In the 58th minute, Arua Hilla introduced Media Innocent, Wahad Gaddafi and Allan Mugalu for Ivan Eyamu, David Ndihabwe, and Samuel Ssekamatte.

In the 73rd minute, Dickson Niwamanya replaced goalscorer Nsimbe.

With nine minutes to play, Ibrahim Kazindula placed the icing on the cake to seal a well-deserved lead for Alex Isabirye’s charges.

BUL FC sits third at the log with 25 points while Arua Hill SC moves backwards to position after 13 games played.
