Police in conjunction with other security agencies have finally arrested Ronald Ssekignda commonly known as Kagere, a renowned thug who has severally broken into people’s homes and raped women.
Kagere has for long eluded arrests, yet continued to terrorise residents of Kajjansi and Katabi town councils.
One of the latest heinous acts was when Kagere led a group of other goons, tied the lady onto her bed and descended on her. She was left tied onto her bed, only to be saved later by her children.
He remains detained at Kajjansi police station.
