Muhindo found the back of the net to give SC Villa a narrow edge having played only ten minutes into the game.

Patrick Matovu moved on the playing ground to replace Posnsiano Ssegonja in an early change for Onduparaka who was looking for a leveller.

At half an hour mark, John Rodgers Okumu threw the ball in to the area giving hard time to SC Villa’s defence before Shaban Muhammad’s effort was punched out by Martin Ssenkotto.

Three minutes later, Emmanuel Oketch delivered an inch perfect cross and Gabriel Matata’s header rattled off the woodwork.

On the start of the second stanza, Micheal Kagiri replaced Mathias Muwanga who suffered a knock earlier.
