SUPL: Vipers SC seek revenge against BUL FC

Robertinho Oliviera’s charges will make a long journey to Jinja seeking revenge against BUL who earned a late equaliser in the first leg encounter.

Vipers will meet the oil manufacturers at Kyabazinga Stadium, Bugembe on Wednesday February 9, 2022 in the game that will kick off at 2:00 pm.

However, the Venoms will walk on eggshells knowing they sit at the helm of the 16-teamed log with only a point safe.

That leaves no room for error and that simply means they will seek maximum points against BUL if they are to keep at the top of the log.

While speaking to Vipers SC media, former BUL forward Milton Karisa called upon his teammates to work and put in a shift than before if they are to keep their title hopes alive.

“We have to work harder than before,” Karisa disclosed before adding; “We have to fight on the pitch and we have to think from game to game.”

“I know the teams playing us will fight to take the points against us, so the games will be tough. The games ahead will not be easy but we have to take points.”

Vipers SC comes in this fixture with great momentum after emphatically putting three past SC Villa in their most recent league game.

However, since BUL managed to pick a point from Kitende it gives them great confidence that the same or even more can be witnessed at Kyabazinga Stadium.

It will be the 21st meeting between the two sides, Vipers has managed to pick 13 wins, BUL only managed two though they have shared spoils on six occasions.
