The Uganda Tourism Board (UTB) announced its commitment to partner with the Uganda Golf Union for 2025, aimed at expanding our product offerings and positioning Uganda as a premium sports tourism destinations.
According to the UTB’s CEO Julian Kagwa, Golf is among the niche sports that the Board has identified for its potential to attract high-net-worth visitors who value both leisure and exclusivity.
Through this partnership, UTB will offer specially curated tour packages tailored to golfers and the wider golfing fraternity, giving them the opportunity to explore Uganda beyond the greens.
With numerous golf courses spread across the country from scenic lakeside fairways to highland courses golf in Uganda offers a unique blend of sport and adventure.
