Pastor Jesca Kayanja on Sunday graced a fellowship that was attended by hundreds of believers at Ebenezer church located in Bunono Entebbe municipality.
During the gathering, the founder of the Girl Power Ministries said, no one is useless in the world and that, there is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up through giving or helping.
“The bible says he who gives to the poor lends to God and it is important for us to note that when we are giving to the needy it’s not these people we are blessing but instead blessing the Creator,” she added.
While preaching, she also urged believers to always ask God for more than they can manage, saying it’s what God wants.
Pastor Jesca on the other hand, tasked parents to balance their work/jobs and time for their children as well as grooming them in a proper way with discipline and faith for a better and faithful generation of tomorrow.
Steven Shaka also encouraged Ugandans to love one another, supporting each other as well as engaging in government programs that are aimed at uplifting the community such as parish development model, Emyooga among others.
