dfcu Bank has rejected reports circulating online alleging internal strife and financial concerns, describing them as “baseless and misleading.”
In a brief statement, the bank said that the stories published on some online platforms were unfounded stories intended to mislead and cause unnecessary concern and urged the public to rely only on official communication from the Bank and to disregard misinformation from unverified sources.
“We assure our customers, stakeholders, and the public that these claims are without basis and should be treated with the contempt they deserve.”
The management further explained that their focus remains on delivering secure, reliable, and innovative financial services to support individuals, businesses, and communities across Uganda.
